WHOLESALE INFORMATION
PRICING: Orders are subject to Pehr's wholesale prices in effect at the time of
shipment. Prices do not include freight, insurance, applicable surcharges, taxes,
duties or other government charges, all which are the Buyer's responsibility.

PAYMENT: Unless otherwise agreed to, all orders require payment by credit card
(Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Pehr will process the charges on the day of
shipment. If agreed to, payment by bank transfer or company check is required
prior to shipment, less the cost of shipping which will be invoiced at the
time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to keep all credit card
information up to date with Pehr. We offer blanket credit card authorization
that may be requested by emailing orders

DELIVERIES: Please allow 5

7 business days for order processing.
All orders placed will ship immediately, barring backorders. If any styles
are backordered, they will automatically ship when they are re

stocked,
unless otherwise directed.
ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION: Cancellation or modification of partial or
total order must be received within 24 hours of placement. Changes after this
period are not guaranteed.
RETURN POLICY: Returns within 14 business days on damaged merchandise or an
incorrect shipment only. Customer should check order against PO immediately
upon receipt and notify Pehr of any mistakes or damages within 5 business

returned in resellable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and
must be returned at the returnee's expense.
