We do not collect any sensitive personal information in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will only be held for as long as it is required for the purpose it was collected.
We do not collect any debit/credit card information, if paying by BACs we do not have access to your card information and if paying over the phone we use the highest security Barclays Business payments system and do not record your card information. Our trade ordering website does not have a payments page as all information on this site is passed to our secure internal system and an invoice with payment details will be emailed out to your preferred email address.
